Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you open an account we may ask for your name, email, postal address, phone number, gender and date of birth, plus a username and password. For checks we may also collect photo ID, proof of address and banking details that show where your money comes from. We also record how you use our products and which device you use, such as its model, operating system, IP address and browser.
Why we use it
We use your data to run your account and the contract between us, to process transactions, to answer questions and complaints, and to send service messages such as password reminders and notices about maintenance or policy changes. We also use it to tailor what you see, to improve our services and to manage promotions you choose to join.
Verification and security
As part of our checks we may call the phone number on your account, and no payout is made until your account is fully verified. Data travels over SSL encryption. Card details are handled on the payment gateway's secure server, not stored by us. If you see a transaction you do not recognise or a sudden balance change, contact us straight away, because suspicious accounts are suspended while we look into them.
Sharing your data
We share personal data only where it is needed, for example when a regulator or the law requires it, for self-exclusion matters, or with partners that help with verification, affordability checks and fraud prevention.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, to erase it in certain cases, or to restrict how we use it. You can also object to some processing and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Our Data Protection Officer deals with these requests and with complaints about how we handle your data. If our answer does not satisfy you, take the matter to the data protection authority in your country. You can delete your iWild account whenever you like.
Changes
We may update this policy when our work or the rules change, so check it whenever you share personal details with us.
